Shipping and Payments

Shipments are made by GLS express courier throughout Italy.

The cost of shipping, equal to € 10.00 (VAT incl.), Is remembered at the final moment of the order.

For payments by bank transfer in advance there are no types of collection costs.

For cash on delivery payments, in addition to transport costs, collection costs will be charged, equal to € 5.00 (VAT incl.).

Shipping is free above € 120.00 (VAT incl.).

You can pay in the following ways:

CASH ON DELIVERY: at the time of delivery directly to the GLS courier in charge. Payment can be made in cash or by check made out to us (Dimensione Energia di Manzini Giovanni). This payment method is charged with € 5.00 (VAT incl.) For collection costs;
ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER: the balance must be paid to Banca Veronese Credito Cooperativo, branch of Nogarole Rocca (VR) IT 26 W 08322 59620 000000813421 specifying the order number in the reason for payment. The goods will be shipped once the credit has been verified;
Through PAY PAL with immediate shipping at no additional cost (shipping costs apart if there are any). No data relating to credit cards transits on our servers / sites and sensitive credit card data are not stored in any way. During the payment, the data is transmitted encrypted exclusively to the secure PayPal system that uses Encrypted Payment Gateway. Through PayPal an authorization request is sent to the banking circuit to which the credit card belongs. The order is confirmed only after a positive response.

A regular invoice will be issued for each order. The information provided by the customer at the time of the order is authentic.
